How We Work

Building or renovating is a big investment. Our step-by-step process keeps you informed, in control and confident at every stage.

Step 1. Initial Enquiry

Tell us about your project, budget and timeframe. We’ll have a short phone conversation to understand what you’re looking for.

Step 2. Site Consultation

We visit your property to discuss your ideas, assess the site, and talk through options, constraints and realistic budgets.

Step 3. Design & Planning

We coordinate with designers, drafters and engineers to develop plans that suit your lifestyle and budget. If you already have plans, we’ll review them for buildability and cost.

Step 4. Detailed Fixed-Price Quote

You receive a clear, itemised quote covering scope, inclusions, exclusions and timeline, with no vague provisional sums.

Step 5. Approvals

We manage planning and building consent through PlanSA and council, along with any required engineering and certifications.

Step 6. Contract & Selections

We sign a standard building contract, then finalise your selections, including tiles, fixtures, cabinetry and finishes, before work begins so there are no delays mid-build.

Step 7. Construction

Your project is supervised by us every step of the way. You’ll receive regular progress updates and photos and have a direct line to your builder.

Step 8. Quality Inspections

We complete our own quality checks at key stages, alongside mandatory inspections, before moving forward.

Step 9. Handover

We walk through the finished project with you, complete any final touch-ups, and hand over warranties, certificates and care information.

Step 10. Aftercare

Our relationship doesn’t end at handover. We stand behind our work with a [X]-month maintenance period and ongoing support.
